Orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts): Ship FREE via standard ground shipping.
Orders under $200: Flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Expedited or express shipping may be available at additional cost.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, JANZO LABS is not liable for:
Delays in transit
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
Damage caused during shipping
Weather or customs-related disruptions
If an issue arises after shipment, the customer must resolve the matter directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.
