No Refunds: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the sale is final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

Ordering errors
Delayed, lost, or seized shipments
Product misinterpretation or change of mind
No Exchanges: Products may not be exchanged or substituted after checkout.
Shipping Responsibility: Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, JANZO LABS is not responsible for any damage, delays, or issues in transit.
Product Condition: All items are shipped in new condition and sealed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Chargeback Dispute Policy: Janzo Labs maintains comprehensive documentation on all transactions to protect against fraudulent chargeback claims. All orders are photographed at fulfillment. In the event of a dispute, we will provide the following evidence to the financial institution: complete order and transaction details, all customer correspondence, photographic evidence of packaging, and full tracking and delivery history.
Should we receive an unfavorable ruling, we will pursue formal legal correspondence, referral to a licensed collection agency, and reporting to appropriate credit agencies as permitted by law. Fraudulent chargebacks exceeding $1,000, which may constitute grand larceny in many jurisdictions, will result in a criminal complaint filed with law enforcement in your jurisdiction, including submission of your name and address.
