Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of products due to possible degradation and the nature of our industry. We will accept limited returns only if we accidentally ship wrong or additional items. In such cases, we will do our best to remedy the situation.

 janzo labs maintains a strict all-sales-are-final policy, with limited exceptions granted at our sole discretion.

Refund Methods
When refunds are authorized, they will be issued exclusively as:
– Store credit
– Rebates
– Discount codes
– Other comparable remedies

Restocking Fee
Authorized refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the store credit amount. In cases where we determine the issue originated from our error, we may waive this fee or provide additional compensation.

Payment Restrictions
No refunds will be issued in cash, fiat currency, or cryptocurrency under any circumstances.

 janzo labs maintains comprehensive documentation for all transactions to protect against fraudulent chargeback claims. Our dispute resolution process includes the following measures:

Documentation and Evidence
All orders are photographed and documented at the time of fulfillment. In the event of a chargeback dispute, we will provide the following evidence to the financial institution:
– Complete order summary and transaction details
– All customer correspondence
– Photographic evidence of order preparation and packaging
– Complete tracking and delivery history

Dispute Resolution Process
Should we receive an unfavorable ruling despite providing comprehensive evidence, we will pursue the following actions:
1. Formal legal correspondence to resolve the matter
2. If unresolved, referral to a licensed collection agency
3. Reporting to appropriate credit agencies as permitted by law
4. For fraudulent chargebacks exceeding $1,000 (which may constitute grand larceny in many jurisdictions), we will file a criminal complaint with law enforcement authorities in your jurisdiction and provide them with all relevant information, including your name and address

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same day (about 90% of the time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.

Our shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

Processing times: Typically 1-3 business days depending on payment method. Large or special orders may require an additional 1-3 business days.
